I confirm that I allow ELIXIR-SI node to store, process and use the provided personal data for the purposes of performing services related to the submitted information order and in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and on the basis of other regional national generally applicable legislation that regulates the operation of ELIXIR-SI node. I am informed that ELIXIR-SI node regulates data protection with the Rules on the secure processing of personal data at the University of Ljubljana.
