ELIXIR supports discovery of driver genes in cancer mutations

The Biomedical Genomics Lab at IRB Barcelona (ELIXIR Spain) has identified 568 cancer driver genes from 66 types of cancer. These findings have been added to the Integrative OncoGenomics platform (IntOGen), which aims to identify driver genes in cancer mutations. The findings have also been published in Nature Reviews Cancer.
