European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB) is taking place

The 19th European Conference on Computational Biology (ECCB) is taking place between August 31 and September 8. The event this year is virtual because of the Covid-19 pandemics. It is organized by ELIXIR Spain since the event was originally planned to take place in Barcelona in the traditional face-to-face format. The ECCB 2020 is a forum that brings together scientific communities from all over the globe for networking and keeping pace with cutting edge research in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology fields. It is the largest meeting for these scientific disciplines in Europe this year. The meeting program is available at this link .

Anyone interested to attend the event can still register (here is the link to the registration form). Participation fee has to be paid when you register – the fee is between 10 and 90 €, depending on the country, academic position and membership in the International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB). There is a reduced fee for group registration. The price list is available on the registration form page.
